Stylish Tuscan Villa
Tuscany Villa with Pool
This is just one of an impressive portfolio of incredible properties created by a talented architect and interior designer couple. When I visited their first holiday villas in Tuscany, I was blown away by their style which stood out from the rest. Their most recent conversions are stunning. Although each of their villas is unique, this villa is typical of their holiday homes in this beautiful part of the Tuscan countryside, the Val d’Orcia. The carefully restored, exposed stone structure and walls are the backdrop for contemporary design and comfort while the extensive grounds are set up for drinking in timeless panoramic views. With excellent service available and good reviews, it is ideal for a large group as a retreat or for families and friends looking for an exceptional Tuscan villa.

Spacious interiors
The villa takes up to 19 guests between the main villa and a converted barn. Spacious, open living spaces are expertly designed for relaxing, dining and cooking. There are 6 bedrooms in the main villa (5 double and 1 twin which can become double), all with en-suite bathrooms and built-in air conditioning.
Tuscan landscape
From the villa and grounds you can admire a stunning 360° vista over the gentle slopes and hill towns of the Val d’Orcia valley.
Excellent facilities
There is Satellite TV, VCR, DVD, a CD player for iPod, free WI-FI all over the house and an underfloor heating system.
Fantastic outdoor space
A 10,000 square foot terrace with pergolas, patios and covered dining areas set the scene for summer meals. Relax on the lawn, in the solar heated hot tub or 16 metre, infinity, salt water swimming pool. Gather fresh vegetables from the kitchen garden.
Playroom, yoga, gym
The restored barn is a luminous space for yoga retreats, exercise or as a playroom. The barn also houses a kitchenette, bar/lounge and three bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms.
Staff and extras
A house manager and house keeper are there to ensure the smooth running of the villa, while extra concierge services can be provided such as cleaning, shopping, a cook, tours, drivers, cycle rental and horse riding.
Well located
Within 5 minutes drive there are local shops, restaurants and farm shops with local produce such as pecorino cheese, wine, beer, extra virgin olive oil, fruit and vegetables. The region is known for its thermal springs and beautiful medieval towns whilst further afield but within easy reach are the cities of Siena and Florence.
This is just one example of the kind of villas I have access to in Tuscany. If you prefer something smaller or a different style, please let me know and I will send you details of alternatives.
